Ontario East Attracts, Four Seasons of the Year:
More than 12.5 million tourists visited our region during each of the years 2001 through 2003—including more than 1.3 million from the United States and as many as 200,000 from overseas. Then, in 2004, Ontario East’s four largest tourist regions attracted about 20.3 million person-visits. Looking ahead, the forecast shows strong year-over-year increases in visitor numbers to Ontario.
